UNIQUE and FABULOUS ARTISANS SUPPORTING CCK

Erica Lion April 2010.jpg

This stunning original painting is by artist extraordinaire Erica "Daisy" Kavanagh.  Her visit to CCK inspired this rendition of "Dr. Cubby the Courageous Lion" especially for The Center for Courageous Kids.  To see more of her artwork, please visit www.born2paint.com

Another amazingly inspirational artist, Ginilou DeMarco, a legally blind KY artist - has donated several original paintings from her series entitled "Once Upon A Time - Kentucky" for some upcoming CCK auctions.  To view her work, visit www.ginilousstudio.com

        A Connect-the-Dots story of Support:

Once upon a time there was a Corvette "Poker Run" organized by the Bowling Green, KY Corvette Museum... which added a stop at The Center for Courageous Kids... which introduced us to new friends Ron and Barbara... (who also belong to the Rotary Club of Lahaina Sunrise in Hawaii)... who brought their friend Ray Queen who ALL donated amazing embroidery machines and supplies from Baby Lock Sewing and Embroidery...and provided additional on-going support from Pottstown Sewing in PA...and THAT'S just the beginning of a wonderful friendship.
